1. Introduction

Welcome to Pro Virtual Agency. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our virtual assistant services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Pro Virtual Agency offers a range of professional virtual assistant services, including but not limited to:

  • Administrative Support
  • Lead Generation & Outreach
  • CRM Management
  • Cold Calling
  • Appointment Setting (Phone & In-Person)
  • Data Entry & Scheduling
  • Social Media Assistance
  • Basic Website Updates
  • Email & SMS Campaigns
  • CRM Setup & Basic Automation

3. Payment and Billing

Payments are billed on a monthly basis, with the first payment charged at the time of signup. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • ACH Bank Transfer
  • PayPal (if applicable)

Invoices are sent according to your selected billing cycle, and timely payment is required to continue services.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your plan, you must email us at info@provirtualagency.com with at least 15 days’ notice prior to your renewal date.

  • If the cancellation notice is not received at least 15 days in advance, the current subscription will continue, and your next billing cycle will be automatically paused to prevent further charges.
  • Cancellations are effective only after confirmation from our team via email.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are only available for the first payment of your first month of service.

  • To request a refund, contact info@provirtualagency.com within 5 business days of your initial payment.
  • Refunds after the first month or subsequent payments are not eligible under this policy.
  • All other kind of refund requests will be rejected automatically.

5. Service Hours

Virtual assistants will work based on the hours and terms specified in your service agreement. Additional hours or out-of-scope tasks may be billed separately with prior notice.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, credentials, and system access required for virtual assistants to perform their duties. Clients are also responsible for ensuring their business operations comply with applicable laws when using our services.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information with strict confidentiality. Your data and project details will never be shared or disclosed without your consent, unless required by law.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Upon termination, any unpaid balances must be paid immediately. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service without notice in the event of a serious breach of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Pro Virtual Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services in question.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Dover, Delaware.

12. Consent to SMS Communication

By providing your phone number through our website or during service signup, you consent to receive SMS communications from Pro Virtual Agency, which may include:

  • Appointment Reminders
  • Service Updates
  • Promotional Messages
  • Support Notifications

Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. Note that opting out may impact the delivery of time-sensitive updates or services.

Compliance

We adhere to all applicable SMS regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

Delivery Disclaimer

While we aim to provide timely SMS updates, we are not liable for delays or failed messages due to carrier issues, incorrect numbers, or network outages.
